Once again I will lead a Prana and Kirtan class at Yogaflame. We wanted to share this practice with a maximum of people and decided this class will not be a paid class but rather a donation based one. This class is free, there is a small box at reception for donations. You give whatever you can / want 🙏🏼
In this class we will first focus on pranayama techniques that will help you develop your connection to breath and understand what it means to breathe. You will create space, find calm and connect with your body. In the second part of the class we will explore mantra chanting and partake into one of Yoga’s most joyful experience: a full-on Kirtan where we will all chant together and explore another side of your yoga practice.
